Living the Extraordinary

When you love where you live, sharing that passion with others is easy to do. Park City was home to my great, great aunt, Susanna Bransford in the 1880’s and now almost 150 years later as a 5th generation Summit and Wasatch County landowner, I am blessed to be residing amongst the beauty of Park City, too. For Aunt Susie, the lure of the riches found underground brought her fame and fortune as Utah’s Silver Queen. “Mining is nature’s great lottery scheme” a contemporary observer once commented. Today however, one doesn’t need a lottery ticket to reap the rewards of a friendly community offering an active lifestyle with year-round recreation, vibrant arts and culture, and easy access to an international airport. Investment in real estate is often one of life’s largest, financially. Investment in family and lifestyle is worth every penny. Living in Park City and the surrounding areas amongst the splendor of a mountain environment will be your daily dividend.

That’s priceless.
