September 2020 Market Report

The story did not change from October 12th to October 18th on the Park City MLS.  113 properties came to market and 154 properties (of which 28 were new listings) went into Escrow. Not only is Park City seeing unprecedented activity, but Salt Lake City’s is as well. High demand creating a lack of Inventory and low-interest rates are driving factors in the strength of our local real estate market.
